Now that we are coming out of Mercury Retrograde, it’s time to take your power back!
We know that at the time of the retrograde we all feel very frustrated, get delayed on communication, breaks in the relationship, our plans are not coming forward as we wanted to be and technical issues coming our way.
Every time we know that Mercury Retrograde is coming, we feel like we’re hopeless. We feel as if that energy coming to affect us, especially the water sign Pisces, Scorpio and Cancer as they are very intuitive and sensitive.
A Time To Reflect
I would say to you, it is actually a time to reflect on your past. It is a time to actually manifest to make things right if you wanted to on anything you feel is not right.
Also, it can be a time to manifest and visualize your partner coming forward even more if he has moved backwards and you want some communication with him. You can visualize him coming closer to you.
How Do We Take Our Power Back?
I listen to some meditation music daily. First thing when I wake and before sleeping but also every time I feel low.
I am a big believer and love working with the universe and I believe you can achieve anything you want.
- Manifesting – Be clear on what it is your desire from your manifestation.
- Visualizing – Move your imagination into the real world with how you see it.
- Affirmations – Start with ‘I am..’ examples ‘I am loved’, ‘I am accepted truly for who I am’
Manifesting, visualizing and affirmations are the most powerful tools for being able to take your power back. Of course with these three tools you also have to feel very positive and feel that beautiful energy coming to you.
Look around in your house what is old that you no longer need around you and try to bring something new instead and be grateful and thank the universe for what you have.
