What is unrequited love? The beloved may not be aware of the admirer&#8217;s deep and strong romantic affection or may consciously reject it.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>We are sponges of the human experience<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Like a sponge we soak up and hold on to emotions.\u00a0If it is\u00a0harmonious we experience euphoria. A higher state of bliss and we cannot get enough of it. Emotions are energy moving up and down within the human body, some are good and others are bad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>What does your emotional broadcast say about the quality of life you\u2019re living right now?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>All of our emotions\u00a0are\u00a0transmitting outwards. Upwards they go\u00a0to be\u00a0received both by the universe. This is known as the vibrational match.<\/p>\n<p>What happens inwardly is the mirror reflection of what happens externally. Whatever you are aligned to. Emotions are fuel to the human body and need to be nurtured, respected and looked after. Just like car has a MOT, the emotions need the same.<\/p>\n<p>If emotional energy becomes out of balance and blocked, this could cause imbalances that manifest in the body affecting your mind and well-being.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>Not all emotions are our own<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Be conscious. Become aware, live and feel your emotions in a positive luminous way.<\/p>\n<p>Create everyday, using daily practises of happy, loving and selfless emotions.<\/p>\n<p>Come from a place of joy, inner abundance and fulfilment.<\/p>\n<p>Cultivate more inner light from within. Earn credibility with yourself and let become the driving force of you behaviour.<\/p>\n<p>Release through forgiveness. Dispelling judgement of yourself and others. Let go of things that do not support you, your current circumstances or position in life energetically.<\/p>\n<p>People hold on to them often and even try to bury them deep and deep inside themselves, hoping that somehow they will delete it from their memory. Whatever the reasons might be, the emotions are a continual part of the human experience of what we become.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the human experience,\u00a0emotion is entwined with unrequited love, the hankering of past loves.
