Soul Attraction –\u00a0The Importance of Surrender<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Why the importance of surrender you may ask? While watching the Psychic Today channel, you will often hear many psychics saying it is time to let go of emotional baggage in a certain area in our lives. \u00a0In our minds, we may not think of a certain person or event any more so we feel we have moved on but, I would like to give you some insights that suggest otherwise, so let\u2019s start with the basics. <\/span>

\n<\/span>What is emotional baggage?<\/b><\/h2>\n


\n<\/span>Emotional baggage at its most basic level comes from our feelings. \u00a0We release an emotion, we feel it and then immediately think about it. \u00a0These thoughts will try to work out what it is and put a meaning on it and then we usually let the energy go. \u00a0However, if we think about it in a negative way\u00a0with fear, guilt, sadness or anger then it becomes stuck. The negative emotion stops the energy in its tracks. \u00a0This energy then attracts more of the same type to it and it builds up over time until there\u2019s enough of it to feel emotional pain. So if you think of a past relationship or event and repeatedly feel sorrow or anger about it then you are adding more layers to this stuck emotion. <\/span>

Stuck Emotions<\/strong><\/h2>\n


\n<\/span>The other side of these stuck emotions is that it can also attract the same type of energy from other people. \u00a0So if we have stuck guilt energy inside of us then we\u2019ll attract more opportunities to feel guilt and this adds another layer of guilt energy to the stuck emotion. \u00a0When the energy starts attracting more guilt on a more frequent basis or in our personal relationships that\u2019s when we start to become more aware of it \u2026 we notice a recurring pattern as such and start to ask ourselves questions. <\/span><\/p>\n


\n<\/span>How can we release emotional baggage?<\/b><\/h2>\n


\n<\/span>Asking questions is vital to the releasing and emotional healing process. \u00a0However the quality of the questions is very important here. If we are asking questions like \u2018Why does this always happen to me?\u2019or point the finger of blame at someone else then we are sending out more negative energy and that just brings more back to us. <\/span>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>If you ask questions like \u2018What is this teaching me?\u2019, \u2018What can I learn from this?\u2019 \u2018How did I attract this?\u2019 suddenly your subconscious mind and your intuition will work together to find a solution. \u00a0A quicker way is where a emphatic psychic can provide insight for you. Not only can they tune in and sense where the block or baggage is but they can help release it. <\/span>

How do you know if you have released stuck emotions?<\/b><\/h2>\n


\n<\/b>Just like any type of stuck energy will make it\u2019s presence felt, it is also the same when it is released. You will feel lighter, you may cry or even laugh but you will feel that something has lifted or left your physical body and energy field. \u00a0That\u2019s how you know you have truly let it go.<\/span>

\n<\/span>The exciting thing about this process that the universe loves to fill a space and you\u2019ll see what was being blocked from you come in either immediately or over the next few days or weeks. \u00a0It\u2019s depends on long the block was there in the first place. If you released disappointment around relationships then no more disappointing relationships can come your way. There is nothing in your energy field to attract that pattern any more. \u00a0It sounds too simple but that\u2019s the very basics of how energy works. <\/span>
