2020 – Going into A New Year and A New Decade<\/strong><\/h1>\n

A new year approaches, bringing with it a new decade! What does the numerology tell us about what was past? Plus what can we expect for 2020 and beyond?<\/p>\n

Looking Back<\/strong><\/h1>\n

2010\u2019s – 2+0+1+0 = 3<\/span><\/p>\n

3 represents fingers in pies, scattered energy, networking, expression through the body (particularly working with the hands), brainstorming.<\/span><\/p>\n

Uranus<\/strong> has been in Aries<\/strong> for a large part of this decade, bringing lots of newness, disruption, innovation and inventions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Chiron<\/strong> in Pisces<\/strong> also had a long stint over the last decade, healing the collective consciousness and unconscious through compassion and selflessness.<\/span><\/p>\n

Looking Forward<\/strong><\/h1>\n

2020\u2019s – 2 + 0 + 2 + 0 = 4<\/span><\/p>\n

4 represents groundedness, attention to detail, structure, routine, solidity, stability. 20 is also a high vibration 2, so with 2020<\/strong>, partnering with our higher self comes to mind<\/span><\/p>\n

Uranus<\/strong> moved into Taurus<\/strong> fully last year and will be with us for a large part of the 2020\u2019s until 2025. Taurus brings the qualities of the 4 so hopefully we\u2019ll start to see which ideas, inventions, concepts, etc. Implemented over the last decade will stand the test of time.<\/span><\/p>\n

With Pluto<\/strong> in Capricorn<\/strong> in the mix since 2008 and staying until 2024 we will still be seeing and feeling the effects and impact on all large institutions.<\/span><\/p>\n

The New Decade<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Chiron<\/strong> moved into Aries<\/strong> fully last year and will also be staying for a large part of the new decade (up until 2027). Chiron = healer. Aries = self. One of my favourite quotes is \u201cknow thyself\u201d<\/em> By doing so, we can begin not only to heal ourselves but accept ourselves. The two are interlinked. Once we accept ourselves and see our place as part of the whole, the natural progression is to accept others, seeing that It is all one interconnected energy. Chiron in Aries is a deep, long and sometimes painful transit depending on how much of the inner work we are prepared\/able\/want to do, but the results are the emergence of a stronger, more well defined, comfortable in your own skin, confident you. <\/span><\/p>\n

Astrology<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Making the most of this transit will hold us in good stead when Neptune<\/strong> shifts from Pisces<\/strong> (its own natural ruler along with Jupiter) into Aries in 2025. Neptune = no boundaries. Aries = self. Where do I end and others begin? If we don\u2019t have strong and healthy personal boundaries, whilst respecting others\u2019, this Neptune in Aries transit may bring challenges, one of which could be about personal identity. The good thing is by this point Uranus<\/strong> will start heading towards Gemini<\/strong> for a seven-year stint. Gemini is about communicating and is a mutable sign (unlike Taurus which is fixed), so there is a flexibility to this energy, although it can be mischievous and argumentative at times.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Pluto<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Coming back to Pluto<\/strong>, it will be going into Aquarius in 2023 and after retrograding it will sit in Aquarius<\/strong> in 2024 until 2043 – that\u2019s a whopping 20 years! Pluto in Aquarius coupled with Uranus in Gemini (both air signs) will bring changes to communication. We may even see new languages, possibly a universal language which is more pictorial (I\u2019m being shown emoticons)<\/span><\/p>\n
