Soul Mates and Twin Flames.<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

The concept of soulmates and twin flames has been a hot topic over recent months. More than ever this year new soul mate connections are being made and also causing mayhem with those involved.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s look at what each term is all about\u2026<\/p>\n

Soul Mate.<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Briefly put, this is someone who you share a deep soul connection with and this does not always have to be a romantic connection. You can have a soul mate connection with a family member, a friend, a work colleague, a lover or even a family pet!<\/p>\n

Twin Flame.<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

This is the romantic connection with the person you is truly meant for you on a soul level. This can be incredibly powerful and also difficult at times due to the challenges that these relationships can face. This type of connection puts the soul mate connection onto a whole new level.<\/p>\n

How to recognise a soul mate connection.<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Firstly, the most common element is that deep sense of connection and maybe even that deep intuitive connection you have with them such as knowing instinctively when they are thinking about you and also knowing when something might be wrong. This can come in the form of just feeling this or maybe on a deeper level where you experience dreams about them.<\/p>\n

Generally, soul mates come into our lives to enable us to grow spiritually and experience deeper levels of love and emotional connection. Sometimes this does fall into the romantic areas of our lives but does not always mean that this is the person you are meant to spend the rest of your life with.
\nIf you are experiencing a soul mate connection you may find that although you have a powerful connection for whatever reason this relationship does not work out in the way you first expected.<\/p>\n

How to recognise a twin flame connection.<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Now these types of connections can be really intense and probably fall into the category of one of the most important relationships of your life. The twin flame connection is not only a powerful connection, but also can come with many challenges.<\/p>\n

There are many important \u201csigns\u201d that you may experience with a twin flame connection such as powerful dreams about them, seeing their name constantly and even seeing double numbers repeatedly (11:11, 12:12, 2.22 etc).<\/p>\n

Another key element is the way in which you become highly sensitive to their energy. When you are in close proximity to this person, you may feel highly charged as though all of your chakras are being fired up. With a soul mate energy you may experience the opposite energy by that person.<\/p>\n

With both of these types of connections, especially if they fall into the love area of your life, you may experience a feeling of intense emotional loss when you are apart or

Currently there is a \u201csoul mate crisis\u201d occurring which is causing much difficulty in people\u2019s lives. Even though this may feel like a very negative experience, the good news is that this may be coming to a point of resolution later on this year where you could be given a choice, either the soul mate or twin flame relationship might reunite, becoming stronger than ever or you move onto the next soul connection or finally meet your twin flame!<\/p>\n
