Locking Down and Loading Up – How To Remember the Days of the Week.<\/h1>\n

Here is a guide to using fruit<\/strong>\u00a0to remember what day of the week it is!\u00a0Locking Down and Loading\u00a0up as I like to call it! So here’s my lockdown, load up, weekly diary.<\/span> I am connecting each day with planets<\/strong><\/a>, chakras<\/strong><\/a> and colours<\/strong><\/a>. Berries make a nice base for a crumble!\u00a0<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Here’s a quick recipe using oats instead of flour for the crumble mix.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Cut up the\u00a0berries and place in an ovenproof dish, into the oven at gas mark 4.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

While that’s heating up, the crumble mixture can be made.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

250g of oats<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

150g softened butter<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

125g of Brown<\/span> sugar<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Mix it all up into a crumble mixture.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Take out the fruit dish and top with the crumble mixture.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Put back into the oven for 20 minutes.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Take out, let it cool and enjoy!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
