Soul Connections; Manifesting through Meditation<\/u><\/strong><\/h1>\n

We are currently in a very strong time period where many new soul connections are being forged. This has been prevalent over the past 18 months or so. And this next year many more soul connections will be manifesting.<\/p>\n

Within a soul connection, whether it is a soul mate or a twin flame, the most powerful sense of love can be achieved. There are certain practices that you can initiate to further amplify the possibility of manifesting \u00a0soul connections into your life.<\/p>\n

Taking into account that like attracts like, you would need to find a way or emanating that feeling of young love in order to attract situations and circumstances that mirror that feeling. This can take practice, but I have developed a short meditation for you to try at home. Bearing in mind that you may be stuck in a feeling of a lack of love in your life, you will need to open yourself up to a vibration of unlimited love, in order to change and attract a new love into your life.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Mystic Saira\u2019s Soul Mate\/Twin Flame Meditation. <\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Firstly, relax your body and take a few long deep breaths. As you exhale feel any tensions or thoughts leaving your system. Now focus upon your heart chakra, which is at the centre of the chest. See this chakra point expand into a big ball of pink light and feel yourself going into this light, as though you are travelling through a tunnel of pink energy. The further in you go, the brighter the light becomes. In your mind, call upon your soul mate or twin flame to come towards you. Try to feel, sense or see the energy of this person. Do they remind you of anyone? What do they look like, how does the energy feel? Now visualise, your energies beginning to merge together, becoming one. How does this feel? Finally, make the statement \u201cI know I will be with you physically soon\u201d and gently travel back through the pink tunnel of light, become aware of your surroundings again and take a big deep breath, then open your eyes.<\/p>\n
