Living in Higher Heart Consciousness<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Continuing my series on positivity and manifesting positive energy in your life, I want to tell you about the Higher Heart Chakra and how connecting with it can give you positivity in your life.<\/em><\/p>\n

Be conscious of the way you are creating and experiencing a reality \u00a0map through your Higher Heart Chakra.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Firstly, you may be wandering what is higher heart consciousness? \u00a0All the questions that may spring to mind have a reason, on your quest for enlightenment.<\/p>\n

What is the Higher Heart Chakra?<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Chakras are energy centres in our body. They spin and their vibration is thought to have an effect on our emotional, spiritual and physical well- being. The higher heart chakra is also your connection to your inner consciousness. Selfless and unconditional love are therefore attributes of a healthy and \u00a0balanced Higher Heart chakra, as indeed is the ability to realise your dreams and convert them into reality.<\/p>\n

When this chakra becomes blocked through life\u2019s experiences, the higher heart chakra becomes imbalanced. We then struggle with our inner consciousness. It is then that a blocked chakra may hold us back.<\/p>\n

Where does it come<\/u><\/strong>?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Chakras come from an ancient tradition based in India. There are many schools of thought. Many people believe in the 7 basic chakras, each of which control and affect a different area of the body. The higher heart chakra is the 8th<\/sup>\u00a0chakra and I believe it is the connection to our consciousness, our inner and outer worlds.<\/p>\n

What can it do for me and how can I connect with it?<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Let me try to enlighten you. \u00a0First, I encourage you to read these quotes, I mean\u00a0really<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>read them, then experience each word and savour them with your entire being. Then take a deep dive into depths in emotional pool of your own feelings.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cStop trying to get love from someone else. Stop coming from a place of lack and longing\u201d\u00a0<\/em>Kevo<\/p>\n

\u201cLack is not a reflection of love\u2026.it\u2019s a reflection of lacking love\u201d. \u2013<\/em>\u00a0Michael Mirdad<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s about falling in Love with yourself and sharing that love with someone who appreciates you, rather someone to compensate for a Self- Love deficit\u201d\u00a0<\/em>Unknown<\/p>\n

I want you to become more and more conscious and to start living from that place within you called wholeness.<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n

This is about the highest expression of self, a place which operates from a different state; a loving presence from within. \u00a0You can tap into this inner part of you. \u00a0Tap into your higher heart chakra and your consciousness. Consequently, you \u00a0acknowledge, embrace, release and generate more and more of these inner qualities outwardly.<\/p>\n

Tapping into your inner richness, creativity, beauty and goodness, compassion without inhibitions and embodying all of this. Al of this is your true essence. Being at one with all of creation and the all- knowing universal intelligence.<\/p>\n

This human experience is activated when the heart chakra is fully open. Through feeling \u201cI AM ENOUGH.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

This aligns you to your true power and self- acceptance of your greatness, just as you are.<\/p>\n

Aligning yourself and opening up to free flow, allowing the consciousness realisation to unfold within you.\u00a0Living with authenticity;<\/strong>\u00a0raising your vibration to a higher level of awareness, transforming every aspect of being.<\/p>\n

Using daily practises of letting go,\u00a0stop listening to the inner static that does not serve your highest expression of self. Retuning your inner transmissions, to think, to feel independently. Then you will become truly free.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Re-taking your power back,<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Continual practising of the activation of forgiveness, both for yourself and for others. Learning self -appreciation and expressions of love.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Clearing out your inner awareness. Transcending beyond the restrictions. This then releases and sets you free energetically from the shackles that have held you back.<\/p>\n

Live in Loving<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n

The more that you discover by becoming more receptive, the more you can continuously embody the\u00a0transmission and universal flow of expression<\/strong>, the higher the expression of you will be.<\/p>\n

Live in a loving presence every minute throughout the day by changing your perceptions, and your emotions will honestly begin to follow.<\/p>\n

There is an inner journey, a transformational one, that creates a radical inner shift through different life experiences.<\/p>\n

The question is, are you truly ready to experience a progressive breakthrough to continually clear away parental and societal fantasies?<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n

When you become set in your ways, it is all far too easy to become deflective, to keep yourself in a continual holding pattern and the blame game of life. All the reasons, overwhelmed procrastination, all that is being played is the broken record syndrome.<\/p>\n

Why you cannot live a great life of having it all.<\/p>\n

Perhaps you have found yourself saying the following which validates your story why things are the way there are.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat is the point, nothing never changes?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cI have tried and am getting nowhere\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cWhy do I keep attracting the same situations or people?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cIt is your fault\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cI tried talking and still am getting no response\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cI feel stuck in my life or relationship\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cYes I have being doing self-healing work, so why hasn\u2019t anything changed?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Negative Emotions become Positive<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The truth is inner transformation is your responsibility, help and support is out there if you ask the right questions and undertake the inner work.<\/p>\n

Outlined are only a few conditions that create the toxicity in the inner world blocking the flow of the connection to heart.<\/p>\n

Heart walls become constructed by trapped negative emotions, lowering your vibrations.<\/p>\n

Hearts are vulnerable to emotional imbalances. Emotions can sometimes become trapped in the energy body, become stuck in the heart chakra.<\/p>\n

Since all things are nothing but pure energy by their very nature, a trapped emotion is no different, and consists of pure energy.<\/p>\n

We live in a progressive reflective universe which reflects every emotional experience we hold within. The challenges, attitudes, and the beliefs we hold on to, and perhaps the willingness not to step outside of one\u2019s self.<\/p>\n

You have all experienced the vibrations of others who have and may be going through such emotional stress.<\/p>\n

It becomes soaked up in your energy field, hence creating a trigger or a reactive negative response in some shape or form.<\/p>\n

The cultivation of the inner landscape , like a farmer spend the time creating , paying attention and cultivating the right conditions with a loving presence, compassion. In this way, give more to world without attachment or expectation.<\/p>\n

The secret is in the giving. It increasingly generates the path to inner fulfilment, joy.<\/p>\n

See it for yourself how it moves someone when you give this way, their expression of delight lights up their face with heart- felt appreciation and gratitude.<\/p>\n

It is your choice<\/strong><\/h2>\n

There\u2019s nothing outside of you controlling you. How you can dissolve that belief, the myth that you cannot be happy unless you have a following in your life, look a certain way etc. Change the imprint you are projecting onto yourself or how you feel others should be, to fit the happiness profile. This then creates inner shift and dis \u2013empowers and destabilises your inner balance of power.<\/em><\/p>\n

Make your stand for your own inner being, your heart<\/strong><\/h2>\n
