QUICK TIPS TO BOOST YOUR PSYCHIC ENERGY!<\/h1>\n

Do psychics sometimes need a vibration pick me up?\u00a0 Sure we do!\u00a0 And I want to share with you a few things which I do when I need to get my psychic energy up.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I will say sometimes there are things within our vibrational ecosystem which can lead to us feeling drained. This isn’t about psychic protection, or how to guard yourself as an empath.\u00a0 This about getting a quick boost of energy, and raising the vibration to bring yourself into a higher meditative state. \u00a0If your psychic energy needs a booster too, this technique can also give you a quick pick me up!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I have found this personally helpful, when I would am working in a very cerebral job and I need to quickly switch gears to work psychically and do a reading for someone. This is especially when I don’t have time to do an intense mediation to focus and raise my vibration. Intense left-brain frontal cortex thinking doesn’t work well with psychic work, at least for me. It is a different energy, and for me is a lower energetic state of being.\u00a0 There are two things I will do.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

MUSIC IS THE FOOD<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

The first thing that I will do when I need to quickly get into a meditative state, and for the most part this \u201chack\u201d will raise my energy to give someone a solid reading; and that is putting on music.\u00a0 No. It doesn’t need to be binaural beats, or some special kind of ambient beat.\u00a0 I’m not knocking those, and they\u2019re fine, but you don’t need that kind of music.\u00a0 I will say the music itself simply needs to be up- beat and happy.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

So, I’m in need of bringing my energy up quickly. I will therefore put on some 70’s funk, disco, and some 80’s New Wave. Though, a staple of mine has been the RHCP \u201cDark Necessities.\u201d To me, the lyrics are very much about working in the psychic realm and this consequently helps bring my attention towards that focus. I love 90’s music, the music of my High School, and University years too, but the vibration of that music is different, so I don’t often use it for this purpose.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

So, the overall energy of the music is very important, and should have a high (happy) vibration to it. Three songs later my vibration is positive enough that I can connect to my psychic feeling, hearing, and seeing. \u00a0My psychic energy is renewed. I should also say that it was recommend that my son listen to music when he studies, to aid with his focus & hyperactivity. So, Michael Jackson is played a lot in this house! He just loves it.\u00a0 In short, to me, there is something in music which helps to focus the mind.<\/p>\n

<\/h2>\n

BUT DANCING IS GOOD TOO!<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

Sometimes that isn’t enough or the energy just carries me. The other thing I will do is dance.\u00a0 I have found that when I have done these things together, my connection with the spiritual planes is about as good as when I’m in nature.\u00a0 I’m able to \u201cdownload\u201d the information to give guidance at a quicker pace.\u00a0 This is another way to get my psychic energy to optimum levels.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I think this is why that dance has been a part of spiritual practice for a long time.\u00a0 If we look at the First Nations of peoples, or traditional African Animistic practices to connect with the other side.\u00a0 If you were to ask me why it works for me, as silly as it sounds, I believe it shakes up the Chakras, and Chi force around my body, consequently allowing for my life force energy to extend beyond my body and connect with the larger vibration of the universe.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The best effect of doing these two things, even when I’m not working at a psychic level, is that it improves my mood, and lifts my energy. Then I find I am looking at things from a positive perspective. And as odd as it might sound, it gives \u00a0an extra boost of energy.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I am often reminded of the Boston song lyric from \u201cMore Than a Feeling<\/u><\/em>\u201d\u00a0 \u201cI lost myself in a familiar song. I closed my eyes and I slipped way….. And I begin dreaming.\u201d Music for me is one of the fastest ways to ground and connect to my higher self.\u00a0 As we tune into its vibration we begin to leave the conscience of the terrestrial and enter the ethereal; as music has no real form, just vibration. Music is a form of expression which, even many holy books say Angels and Spirits engage. So when listen, sing, or play music, we are joining in their realm and speaking their language.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

So if your energy is feeling low; I suggest taking a moment and slipping way into a familiar song to raise your vibration.\u00a0 You will find that whatever negativity you were holding onto will go away.\u00a0 It is a nice way of saying to the universe, I give this load back to you, to handle for\u00a0 my and everyone’s benefit. In other words address what you can control, but give the rest back, don’t hold onto it!<\/p>\n
