Meet and Know Your Spirit Guides – with Michelle Stars<\/h1>\n

Introduction to Spirit Guides<\/b><\/h2>\n

Many of you reading this might already be aware of your <\/span>spirit guides<\/b> or know who they are. You may have even been fortunate enough to see your spirit guides, clairvoyantly, through your third eye.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Our third eye is also known as the <\/span>third eye chakra<\/b>.<\/span><\/a><\/span> This chakra sits in between the eyebrows. For the meditation, later on, remember that the colour of this chakra is <\/span>indigo<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We are all born into this life with a spirit guide who helps us come into our current physical bodies. When a baby is about to be born, I usually see a<\/span> \u201cspirit mama,\u201d<\/b> who helps transition the soul into a new physical body. This guide is usually a woman from any era or lifetime.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

People usually have more than one spirit guide. You might also have a passed on relative or ancestor\u2014for example, your great grandmother or an <\/span>Ancient Egyptian<\/b><\/a><\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

These guides help to <\/span>guide us<\/b> through life. You might have one only with you during your younger years, followed by a different one for adulthood. Or perhaps you have one that only comes to you during a tough time or crisis.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

They can appear to us in many ways. Many people get frustrated in hard times and assume their guides are not with them; this is likely because you are learning a <\/span>life lesson<\/b>, which you have to live through. In such cases, you might even gain a new guide who has been through a similar situation during their time on Earth.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Michelle\u2019s Experience<\/b><\/h2>\n

I have seen and been able to connect<\/strong> with spirit guides as far back as I can remember. I remember talking to a Native American<\/strong><\/span> man with a full headdress and a Native American woman with one feather on her headdress.<\/span><\/p>\n

I remember them living in a teepee, along with a baby. It was such a normal experience<\/strong> for me as a child, and it was only when I was an adult<\/strong> that I later realised that I was talking to my spirit guides.<\/span><\/p>\n

I have seen and connected with at least <\/span>ten guides<\/b> throughout my life. Many of them have been through different cultures. I believe this is because they are from our <\/span>other lifetimes<\/b><\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Meditation to Connect with your Spirit Guides<\/b><\/h2>\n

This meditation is to connect with your spirit guides. You\u2019re <\/span>unique<\/b>, and so are your set of guides. They don\u2019t belong to anyone else but you.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Please remember to <\/span>protect<\/b> your <\/span>aura<\/b> in the <\/span>light<\/b>. Imagine a <\/span>golden egg shape<\/b> surrounding your aura ask for protection.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Then wrap yourself in a <\/span>cloak<\/b> of <\/span>protection<\/b> in any <\/span>colour<\/b><\/a><\/span> you feel.<\/span><\/p>\n

Before you start on your journey, sit or lay peacefully. From the <\/span>base chakra<\/b>, downwards tie a <\/span>golden rope<\/b> around your waist. You are sending it down into the ground past the roots of the trees, staying grounded.<\/span><\/p>\n

Let yourself go as if you feel like <\/span>\u2018putty\u2019<\/b>. Try to let <\/span>everything go<\/b> from your mind and get <\/span>comfortable.<\/span><\/p>\n

Imagine a large <\/span>eye<\/b> turning around in the centre of your forehead. It is a deep, deep <\/span>purple<\/b>. Feel the energy, feel the swirling and move closer towards the eye until you feel <\/span>smaller and stepping <\/span>deeper<\/b> into the <\/span>centre<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

There you will see a <\/span>white light<\/b>. You will start to hear the chatter. As you draw closer to the light, you will see a <\/span>golden door.<\/b> As you draw even closer, the door will open, and a man with a white beard, the <\/span>doorkeeper<\/b>, offers his hand out to you.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Take it and move through. He will then bring your <\/span>guide<\/b> forward to you.<\/span><\/p>\n

Go forward and<\/span> meet your guide.<\/b><\/p>\n

Your guide will now <\/span>embrace<\/b> you and take you to a room with <\/span>two golden chairs<\/b> where you will sit face to face and talk.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

When you feel ready, start to come back to the present moment. Slowly begin to move your body, then open your eyes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
