The Solar Plexus Chakra<\/h1>\n

The Solar Plexus Chakra is your third Chakra and is your centre of being and drive for power.<\/p>\n

From this centre you develop the principles ethics and beliefs you for which you are willing to stand by.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It also includes the ability to define your boundaries. To say No when you mean No and say Yes when you mean YES. Your capacity to choose is an important function of your third Chakra.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Through your third Chakra perspective you look at life through a sense of what\u2019s right and what\u2019s wrong.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Solar Plexus Chakra; Imbalance and Balance<\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

When out of balance in this chakra area I call this the adrenaline Junkie approach to life. Conflicts activate the flow of adrenaline which gives a surge of energy \u201ca rush\u201d\u00a0 This is when a need to prove yourself is so strong that petty power conflicts constantly arise to test you.<\/p>\n

The opposite to this is the under expression of will power from the third chakra that is seen in a frustrated individual who is always having to do the things he or she doesn\u2019t want to do..<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

From a balanced third Chakra perspective you are able to feel effective safe and secure in life. This Balance gives you flexibility and you cooperate rather than compete with others.<\/p>\n

\u2018To experience more peace in your life give up the need to be right\u201d \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0this certainly describes a balanced third chakra, however don\u2019t confuse this with being passive. It is the power centre and when balanced power can be used in ways to benefit all, and yet takes advantage of no one.<\/p>\n
