Make Your Own Crystal Elixir\u00a0<\/b><\/h1>\n

This is one of my <\/span>regular rituals<\/b>, and I swear by the <\/span>power<\/b> of making your own <\/span>crystal<\/a><\/span> elixir<\/b>!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The act of putting time aside to set <\/span>intentions, make a <\/span>crystal-infused<\/b> drink for yourself, <\/span>charging<\/b> it under the light of the <\/span>sun<\/b> and <\/span>moon<\/b>, and then <\/span>drinking<\/b> in all that magic\u2026 what a beautiful ritual to engage in!<\/span><\/p>\n

The idea is that when we drink our elixir, it helps us to <\/span>connect<\/b> with our <\/span>intentions<\/b> and with <\/span>ourselves<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It will bring about some <\/span>physical shifts<\/b> in our body and energy as it heals our own <\/span>molecular structure<\/b> and <\/span>aligns it more closely with the energy of the crystals that we <\/span>infuse<\/b> our lovely elixir with.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What is an Elixir?<\/h2>\n

In case you\u2019re wondering what an elixir<\/strong><\/a> is, it\u2019s just a posh word for a <\/span>medicinal drink<\/b>! It sounds cool though, doesn\u2019t it? <\/span>Elixir. <\/span><\/i>There\u2019s something quite <\/span>mystical<\/b> about that word!<\/span><\/p>\n

If you\u2019re ever feeling a bit <\/span>blah,<\/span><\/i> this is a really good <\/span>remedy<\/b> to raise your <\/span>vibration<\/b> and help you feel better. It\u2019s like a <\/span>spiritual power boost<\/b>, and it\u2019s <\/span>so<\/span><\/i> easy!\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

I\u2019m going to share my own <\/span>method<\/b> that I use at home, so take whatever feels <\/span>right<\/b> for you, and then leave anything that doesn\u2019t.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Just have <\/span>fun<\/b> with it and <\/span>customise<\/b> your own elixir with whatever crystals you choose, and trust that whatever you\u2019re drawn to, is the <\/span>perfect<\/b> concoction<\/b> for you at the time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
