In many ways this sign is very effective with setting new intentions and new routines will thrive under this sign. Virgo is a mutable sign, which means it is effective at understanding ways in which it needs to adapt for the greater good. Virgo is also ruled by Mercury, and we are now fortunately leaving a Mercury retrograde. This gives us the ability to use this New Moon to its full effect!

“Practical order”, are two words that best describe Virgo’s strength. If your home is in disarray or there’s a lack of discipline in an area of your life, Virgo is well equipped to get you sorted. As with all New Moons, implementing fresh ideas or thoughts into action is likely to bring long term success. It is no coincidence that we are also easing into Autumn, where traditionally harvesting and storing the fruits of our labour, begins. This is where being methodical and logical in establishing the best working practice will guarantee our harvest lasting and not rotting away.

Allowing your body to take up healthier eating and drinking habits will clear physical blockages that could be weighing you down.

The key to using this Virgo New Moon effectively, is to be discriminating not critical in what helps us to thrive. Looking at the facts, rather than over analysing what works for us will more likely offer better long term solutions. Virgo’s are the kings and queens of routine. So if you have been longing for more solid consistency in your day to day life, now is the time to get started. Many Virgo’s are disciplined in what they eat and in how they exercise. So you may feel compelled to strive for a healthier and active lifestyle.
