The Full Moon in November is on 5th November, is not only a “supermoon” but it is also classed as the most powerful Full Moon of the year.
The Full Moon is called “Beaver moon” named after the beavers who are creating their winter dens. Its a time to prepare for the longer colder nights. Historically you would prepare the meats stock up on vegetables with a long “shelf life” and prepare extra layers. In this modern age we fill our freezer, fill our cupboards & put the heating on.
It can also be known as the “Frost Moon” or “Trading Moon” it is a time to focus on our mind body and soul & get ready for the cold winter days.
The “supermoon” illuminates everything you need to feel safe, warm and protected. It is also a time to reflect on the year before as soon the new year will becon.
Full Moon Magic – Hot chocolate spell.
You will need:
- A favourite mug or New mug
- Hot chocolate
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla
- Mint
- Orange
- Boiled water
- Milk if desired
- Spoon
You can create sacred space by these methods:
- Selenite crystal – move the piece from East, to South to West to North. Ensure you go to the edge of the room or area as best as you can.
- Sage stick – similar to the Selenite but with burning sage. As any lit item there is a fire risk so be careful and have some water available.
- Bells – similar to the above, enjoy ringing them and you can ring over your head also.
- Aura spray – as before spray into the East, South, West and North.
Make a hot chocolate drink, choosing your additional flavour as follows
- Cinnamon – spice up romance
- Vanilla – to bring clarity of direction
- Mint – to release / let go
- Orange – new work opportunities
Stir the hot chocolate 3 times and then tap the mug once to seal the spell.
Hold the mug of steaming chocolate in your hands and close your eyes. Breath in the aroma and feel the warmth transferring to your body.
Maintaining the desire and intention within your mind slowly sip the chocolate (be aware of the heat). Allow yourself to enjoy the moment. Smile and allow the memories to flood through the mind.
When you have finished the drink recite this incarnation:
“Under the “Beaver moon” tonight
I hold intention within my inner sight
Of what:
Either
1) I wish to call in to my life now
2) I wish to release from my life now
