Full Moon in Virgo – 3rd March 2026

The full moon in March is on the 3rd March
and is known as the Worm Moon. The Worm Moon is named after the undulating worms and the trails they made into the snow. It also has other names: Chaste Moon, Death Moon, Crust Moon and Sap Moon.

As a spiritual symbol the Worm represents
the hidden and unseen forces shaping our lives. It is really useful to regularly consider where you are in life are you in alignment toward to the goal you desire.

Everything we experience in life has some deep connection to ourselves, the choices we make, the direction we walk and the inner guidance we pay attention to.

Therefore all manifestation or transformation stems from you.

The Worm as a spirit messenger symbolizes hidden potential within each of us. It can remind us that sometimes transforming the world begins from the ground up. In other words to be aware everything is connected and you have the magic to create and transform life within yourself.

Full Moon Magic – Worm Moon

You will need:

• A piece of paper
• Pen
• A candle or joss stick
• Something circular to draw around.
• Glass of water for drink / fire safety

First create sacred space.

Gentle lighting
Peace and quiet
Comfort
Light a candle or joss stick

On the piece of the paper draw around the circle object to create a ring. The ring represents the Worm and transformation. Around the circle mark outwards from the circle to the direction of East, South, West and North. This creates on the paper a circle surrounded by 4 sections.

Begin by sitting quietly with eyes closed and asking your guides to inspire you with a life goal. There are so many things we can do to transform our lives.

Some subject matters for consideration:

• Health
• Wealth
• Carer
• Business
• Relationships
• Family
• and many more.

Within the divided section North to East write in 1 goal. You may wish to write notes or illustrate. Do as you feel guided.

Next intentionally bring to your awareness to that which you are grateful for in your life. Fill in the section between the East and South with your inspired words and experiences. Take a moment to contemplate the experiences and blessings you have had.

Next close your eyes and ask your guides to give you some inspiration on what action can be done or planned to aim you towards your goal. Sit quietly the inspiration may manifest as a thought, sounds or visualisation. When you feel ready write into the the section South to West your findings.

We are now at the last section. This is time for some introspective thinking. What is it that is blocking you from achieving your goal. Write the list down in that section. Then close your eyes and request your guide/guides to give you some solutions to remove or clear the blockages to your goal. Open your eyes when ready and write these inspired ideas on the paper in the same section as the introspective writing.
When you feel it is time you can end the magic with signing and dating your spell.

When you have finished the latter recite:

“Under the Worm full moon tonight
I can now see with clear sight
The path ahead that has be shown to me
For this I am so thankful so mote it be”

End by extinguishing your candle or joss stick.
