Let’s consider breaking down the “hustle culture” that has infected modern spirituality, for I have seen so many souls exhausted by the ‘performance’ of spirituality. We often fall into the trap of believing that our
connection to the Divine is a wage to be earned rather than a birth right to be claimed. We think that if we don’t meditate for an hour, light the perfect sequence of candles, or recite exactly 100 affirmations before the sun rises, we aren’t doing it “right.”
But I am here to tell you that grace does not require a marathon. In my work with the Phoenix Ascension concept, I have realised that the “spiritual hustle” is just the old ego wearing a new, enlightened mask. It is

There is a profound power in the stillness that the ‘hustle’ can never touch. In my own life and practice, I have found that the biggest breakthroughs did not come when I was shouting at the universe for an answer. They arrived the moment I finally sat down, exhaled, and created a vacancy for the divine to enter. Why do we fear silence?
