There is a lack of progress at this time, frustrations may increase due to the lack of movement. They do not wish to see the options in front of them and do not want to make any changes at this time. Your person may avoid phone calls and texts or possibly block you.

If reversed, restrictions that have been in place are now being lifted. The confusion is ending and a time of clarity is coming in. Obstacles are being removed and progress can be made.
