Chinese Astrology for 2017
THE YEAR OF THE ROOSTER
On January 28th, the Chinese New Year begins. With it comes a new cycle and a new energy. This year is the year of the Rooster. There are also five elements in Chinese Astrology and this is the year for Fire. The Year of the Rooster always falls between the Year of the Monkey and the Year of the Dog.
Previous Rooster Years were 1945, 1957,1969, 1981,1993 and 2005.
So, what can you expect for the Year of the Fire Rooster?
A PLETHORA OF ROOSTER CELEBRITY BIRTHDAYS!
A lot of celebrities were born in the year of the Rooster. These include Bob Marley, Jennifer Aniston and Britney Spears. Roosters are very instinctive people who are very active and gregarious. If they listen to their inner intuition, they often are successful and some are certainly destined to achieve fame. Like the western sign of Virgo, they are also great thinkers. They work hard and steadily to achieve their goals. They have great imagination and are also usually very sociable. The downside of the imaginative side is that they can overthink and sometimes get lost in their thoughts. If this mental agility can be tamed and tailored, the Rooster can be very successful in both career and in partnerships.
You won’t believe these Roosters are turning 50 this year!
Nicole Kidman, Jason Statham, Vin Diesel, Julia Roberts, Harry Conick Jr, Matt LeBlanc, Pamela Anderson, David Guetta, Macy Gray, Toni Braxton, Noel Gallagher
And happy 60th birthday to these Roosters!
These are all Fire Roosters, career orientated people who like to be punctual and have great creativity.
Daniel Day-Lewis, Donny Osmond, Melanie Griffiths, Dawn French, Stephen Fry, Dolph Lundgren, Jools Holland, Kelly McGillis, Spike Lee
CHINESE ASTROLOGY; YEAR OF THE ROOSTER
GENERAL PREDICTIONS
Progress is on the cards this year, as long as things are done properly and with good intent. Those of you who carefully laid plans last year, in the year of the Monkey, can on the whole expect to reap rewards.
Globally we can still expect to see some clashes, with big personalities using their fiery sides. They will continue to put the pressure on. We can also expect some heated times due to this. We can though, also expect a year of outstanding achievement in the arts, as well as in literature, film and the entertainment industries.
This is despite everything an optimistic year, with the fire element bringing happiness. You will wish to find solutions and in doing so can make good progress. Hard work, good intent, and relationship balance are all key in this year of the Rooster.
