1/ Create a crystal grid and place your written intentions at its centre, allowing the crystals’ energy to hold, strengthen, and amplify your wishes. It can be helpful to arrange your grid and crystals on a tray or portable flat surface, so you can keep everything together, and undisturbed for longer periods – (I have often placed my crystal grids on a tray beneath my bed or under a chair, helping to keep the energy and ritual flowing).

The New Moon phase is a powerful time for initiation, introspection, and manifestation – so it’s a perfect time to bring your desires, dreams, and ideas to life.
Consider the New Moon manifestation process is like sowing new seeds of possibilities and opportunities which will grow and bear fruit over time. The principles remain the same for all New Moon phases, and each lunar cycle is influenced by zodiac signs, seasons, and other planetary aspects – therefore key themes and energies will differ each lunation.
